Return Policy (Vered Salon)

At Vered Salon, we sell human hair products and beauty items that are hygiene-sensitive and often custom-matched. For that reason, all sales are final.

1) All Sales Final (No Returns / No Exchanges)

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including (but not limited to) shade/length/texture mismatch, ordering the wrong item, preference changes, or buyer’s remorse.

This applies to all products, including:

• Wigs (including medical wigs)

• Toppers and hairpieces

• Hair extensions (K-Tip/keratin, tape-ins, wefts, clip-ins, halos, ponytails, bangs)

• Hair products, tools, accessories, and any item marked “Final Sale”

• ​

2) If We Made a Mistake or Your Item Arrived Damaged

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Hair@veredsalon.com and include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

• A brief description of the issue

If confirmed, we may offer a replacement (preferred when available) or another resolution at our discretion.

3) Important Notes

• Items that have been worn, tried on, installed, brushed, washed, cut, colored/toned, heat-styled, altered, or removed from hygiene packaging/seals (if applicable) are not eligible for any exception.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or peak-season volume.

4) Order Changes / Cancellations

We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, email Hair@veredsalon.com immediately. Once an order is in processing or has shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
