At Vered Salon, we ship human-hair products carefully to protect quality and hygiene. Below is what to expect after you place an order.

1) Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States.
(If we add international shipping later, this page will be updated.)

2) Processing Time (Before Shipment)

Most in-stock orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Processing time may be longer during promotions, holidays, or when items require extra handling.

Custom or special-order items (including certain wigs, toppers, or custom options) may take longer. Any custom timeline will be communicated on the product page or by email.

3) Shipping Time (After Shipment)

Once your order ships, typical delivery time is 4–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions.

4) Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

5) Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, reshipping fees may apply.

6) Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

7) Delivery Notes

• Carriers may experience delays outside our control (weather, peak season, operational disruptions).

• Signature requirements may apply on high-value orders.
