Return & Refund Policy (Vered Salon)

We want you to love everything you purchase from Vered Salon. Because many of the items we sell are hygiene-sensitive and/or custom-matched (especially hair extensions), we keep a strict, upfront return policy to protect our clients and ensure product integrity. Please read this page carefully before placing your order.
1) Hair Extensions — Final Sale (No Returns / No Exchanges)
For health, hygiene, and quality-control reasons, all hair extensions are FINAL SALE. This includes (but isn’t limited to):

Keratin/K-Tip extensions
-
Tape-ins
-
Wefts (hand-tied / machine / genius)
-
Clip-ins, ponytails, bangs
-
Toppers, hair pieces, and similar hair additions
-
Any extension hair that has been opened, tried on, installed, cut, colored/toned, brushed, or altered in any way
We do not accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions for any reason, including buyer’s remorse, shade/length/texture mismatch, or ordering the wrong item.
Before you order:
To help you get it right the first time, we strongly recommend double-checking length, weight/grams, texture, and shade (and reaching out with questions). If you’re unsure, choose a consultation or shade guidance option if available.

2) Other Products — Very Limited Returns (Unopened / Unused Only)
For non-extension items (such as accessories and select tools), returns may be accepted only if they meet all requirements below:

Return request within 14 days of delivery

Item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Item is in new, resellable condition (no wear, odor, marks, damage, or missing parts)

Includes all original components (tags, inserts, seals, etc.)
Return shipping & fees

Return shipping is paid by the customer (we recommend tracking/insurance).

Original shipping charges (if any) are not refundable.

If a return is approved but arrives not in acceptable condition, it may be denied or subject to a restocking fee up to 15%.
Exchanges
To keep things simple and fast, we do not offer exchanges. If your eligible item is approved for return, you can place a new order for the item you want.
3) Items That Are Not Returnable
For safety and hygiene, we do not accept returns on:

All hair extensions (see Section 1)

Any opened hair product (shampoo, conditioner, styling products, treatments, etc.)

Clearance / final sale items

Gift cards
-
Any item marked “Final Sale” on the product page
4) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Clear photos of the item and packaging

A brief description of the issue
If approved, we may offer a replacement (preferred when available) or a refund to your original payment method.

5) How to Request a Return (If Eligible)

Email us at [your support email] with your order number and the reason for your request.

If your return is approved, we’ll send return instructions.

Ship the item back within 5 days of approval.
Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

6) Refund Timing
If your eligible return is received and approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

7) Order Changes & Cancellations
We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us immediately at [your support email]. Once an order is processed or shipped, it can’t be changed or canceled.
